Over the weekend, some readers noticed the first problems on FrankysWeb. Instead of the normal content, a redirect was made directly to a dubious site or to an Amazon store. The problem should now be solved, the cause was ads from a certain provider, which could previously always be delivered without problems. Since about Friday, however, only this redirect has been delivered due to a faulty ad:
Unfortunately, it has taken longer to fix the problem because I am currently on vacation and therefore only follow my emails very sporadically. To make matters worse, I currently have a handicap with my shoulder and the fact that I don't always have access to a computer when I'm on vacation. That's why this little update is a bit shorter.
The corresponding provider has been completely deactivated and is no longer used. I would like to apologize for the problems and hope that no one has caught malware or similar. Many thanks also for the numerous tips.

Hab am WE ein paar Server ins Jahr 2025 gehoben und manche deiner Beiträge waren sporadisch nicht erreichbar. Das hier angesammelte Wissen ist für mich stellenweise das, was früher das Tafelwerk war und man merkt erst das man es vermisst, wenn man es mal nicht greifbar hat.
